ST80 - Overview

The ST80 is a mobile high capacity-stockpiling conveyor, which is strong and economical to run independently or as a coupling conveyor.

The ST80 is versatile and can be used on its own or with other screening plants.

Its portability allows it to work in confined spaces and also where heavier conveyors would find it impossible to manoeuvre.

The ST80 consists of a radial wheel axle, feedboot, conveyor, powerunit (optional), has a hydraulic raise lower front ram and comes as standard with Hydraulic folding head section. Complete with weld in Kingpin as standard.

Feedboot

The feedboot directs the sand, gravel, coal etc. onto the conveyor belt.

Conveyor

The main frame can be raised or lowered with a hydraulic cylinder giving alternate stockpiling heights. The conveyor belt can be either plain or chevron, 2 ply, 800mm (32"), 900mm (36") wide, or 1050mm (42") wide.

Radial Wheels

The conveyor is mounted on two swiveling wheels to give radial stockpiling through an arc of approximately 180 degrees.
